Powerful Words from Father Finbarr Ó Croíghil, Newly Ordained Priest
On Saturday 5th September, Feast of Saint Teresa of Calcutta, Kevin's Oratory was truly blessed and truly filled with the presence of The Holy Spirit on the occasion of The Ordination to Sacred Priesthood of Father Finbarr Ó Croíghil.
Finbarr's journey has not always been easy, and although he is currently suffering serious ill health, he has constantly felt the presence of God along the way, leading him to this day.
"Today is the fulfilment of a Calling that has been carried though Prayer, Discernment, Sacrifice, Joy, Uncertainty and above all. the Grace of God.
I give all Glory, Praise and Thanksgiving to Almighty God.
I am deeply humbled that He has called me to serve Him and His People as a Priest"
" I am not perfect, I do not have all the answers and I cannot accomplish this Ministry through my own strength.......Trusting that the One who called me may give me the Grace"
