On Pentecost Sunday, as Presiding Bishop of Catholic Episcopal Church , I was to delighted to act as Principal Celebrant, joined by Archbishop Svetoslav Vassileff   for the Episcopal Ordination of Rev Ashley Deutschmann (on Right) of the Apostolic Old Catholic Mission in Bulgaria.
